1. Our "No Fix, No Fee" Commitment
Our primary goal is to resolve your technical issue. We offer a free initial consultation to diagnose the problem. If we determine we can help, we will inform you of the service fee before any work begins.
If we are unable to resolve your issue, you will not be charged the service fee.
2. When a Refund is Issued
A full refund of the service fee will be issued under the following circumstances:
- You were charged the service fee, but our technicians were unable to provide a solution to your problem.
- You were charged in error or were double-charged for the same service incident.
3. When a Refund is NOT Issued
A refund will not be issued if:
- The service was successfully rendered, and you confirmed that the issue was resolved to your satisfaction at the end of the support session.
- The issue reoccurs due to changes you made after our service was completed (e.g., changing network settings, hardware modifications).
- The issue is caused by a hardware failure or a limitation of the product itself, which is outside the scope of our remote support.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. You can reach us via the email or phone number provided on our website. Please provide your name, the date of service, and a brief reason for the refund request.
5. Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
